Overview

This course teaches the basics as well as advanced concepts of requirements engineering. It includes the following topics:

  • Requirements determination
  • Requirements specification
  • Requirements documentation in natural lanuage
  • Model-based requirements documentation

Organization:

  • The course implements the module "M.Inf.1153: Vertiefung Softwaretechnik: Requirements Engineering".
  • Announcements and course materials are distributed via Stud.IP!

Lecture and Exercise Dates:

The lecture takes place in the first half of the term and finishes already on May 12th, with backup lectures in case of delay until May 19th. The lecture dates are the following:

  • Monday, April 10th, 14:15-15:45 o'clock.

  • Wednesday, April 26th, 14:15-15:45 o'clock.
  • Friday, April 28th, 14:15-15:45 o'clock.

The exercise is takes place on two subsequent Wednesday afternoons. Participation in the exercise is required for participating in the exam. The date of the exercise is the following:

  • Wednesday, May 10th, 15:00-19:00 o'clock. (May start earlier already during the lecture slot beforehand! So be there already for the lecture!)
  • Wednesday, May 17th, 14:15-17:00 o'clock. (May start earlier already during the lecture slot beforehand! So be there already for the lecture!)

Examination:

The examination will either be written and take place on May 29th, 14:00-16:00 o'clock in room Ifi 2.101.
