Contents

The course imparts basic and extended knowledge in the context of Software-Testing. This covers the following aspects:

  • terminology
  • V-Model
  • black-box testing
  • white-box testing
  • static testing
  • dynamic testing
  • software metrics
  • test tools
  • test management

Course Structure

The course is divided into lectures and practical exercises. The lectures provide the theoretical parts. In the exercises, the students are asked to solve practical tasks. Each student has to present at least one solution to the other students. Furthermore, there are four exercises which require attendance by all students and are, therefore, mandatory for all students.
